The finish we most commonly use is *Sikkens Cetol products for the exterior,we have found it to be one of the most durable finishes,however there are many log home products out there and we will apply any finish you like,or I can assist in finding one for your specific application.

For interior finishes,we generally use *Sikkens BL series water based finish,it is very durable and has no odor,you can choose from gloss,semi-gloss,or a satin finish.

Or if you prefer another brand,we can get that as well.

For dealing with insects,mold,and mildew,we use environmentally safe borate based insectisides and fungicides,these can be applied directly to the wood before the finish is put on,or in some cases can be added directly to the finish and applied in one step with the finish.

We can also fill gaps between logs or any problem areas,or even insulate whole areas with our expanding foam unit. Areas like notches that have twisted and opened up,large or small cracks in logs,gaps around doors and windows can all be sealed with our expanding foam or caulkings specific to the application.
